My name is Luanne, and I am an avid reader. I'm not one who reads any one particular genre, although I do <3 me some Stephen King. My TBR is a bit like polyester in that it'll be around long after I'm not. When I'm not reading, I enjoy copious amounts of TV time, gardening, cooking and baking, and snuggling with my hubs and our two cats
My Story
Is this a kissing book?? Probably not. I named this blog after a particularly famous line from The Princess Bride. That movie, and its book, are a huge part of my life, and since that quote makes the name of this blog a bit punny, I just went with it. I also enjoy a good pun. Especially a book, gardening, or food-related pun.
I'm going to do my best to review books without giving away any spoilers, but I will also say that most, if not all, the books you'll see on this blog will be old. I tend not to want to pay the price for a new release. That, and I have extremely weak wrists, and holding a hardback book for the length of time I usually read is not at all enjoyable.
